Guy R. Gauthier is an accredited mortgage professional serving the Ottawa / Gatineau regions since 1980. Guy began his career in the banking industry and subsequently founded G.R. Gauthier Financial Services Inc. a company that he successfully operated for 15 years until he sold the company in 2003.
As a founding member of the Canadian Institute Mortgage Brokers Lenders (CIMBL), Guy brought years of experience and knowledge to the organisation and remains a proud and active member.
Guy is also a certified instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Association.
He teaches Principles of Mortgage Financing to Realtors in Ontario and also
teaches the Mortgage Broker's course for the Seneca College in Toronto.

Diane Chartrand is a licensed Mortgage Consultant. Prior to joining
Guy R. Gauthier Mortgage Consultants, Diane was a senior mortgage underwriter
with a major bank. Diane also worked for over 20 years in different roles
for a major credit union.
Diane's experience proves valuable in finding the best rates, terms and
conditions available from more than 40 lending institutions.
